Why can’t I login?

Ensure your username and password are correct. If they are correct but you are still having issues, contact the Administrator:

I've signed up but cannot login?

First, ensure your username and password are correct. If they are correct, your registration may not have been activated by the Administrator. If you were sent an email, follow the instructions. If you did not receive an email, you may have provided an invalid email address or the email may have been picked up by a spam filter. If you are sure the email you provided is correct, contact the Administrator:

Why do I need to sign up?

By signing up and becoming a Chamber member, you will gain access to additional features not available to guests or visitors. There is a whole section dedicated towards members, that requires a username and password to enter. Members can also post comments, while guests or visitors can only view comments.

I've lost my password!

If you have forgotten or lost your password, click the "Forgot your Password" button on the Already a Member right side block. Your password cannot be retrieved, however, it can easily be reset. Follow the instructions and an email will be sent to you shortly with a new temporary password.

Member Profiles and Settings.
What is my rank and how do I change it?

Ranks, which appear by your username in the "Chamber Member" right side block, identify certain users, e.g. Administrators or Members. In general, you cannot directly change the wording of any board ranks as they are set by the Administrator. Please do not abuse the board by posting unnecessarily and rude comments. Most boards will not tolerate this and the Administrator will simply remove your account.

How do I upload an Avatar image?

To upload an avatar image by your username, click "Edit Account Info" button on the "Chamber Member" right side block. Your avatar picture must be a max of 50px in height and width. If no avatar is selected, the user will have a basic image that is displayed for all members who have not uploaded an avatar image. User must use the "save" button at the button of the page to update their settings.

How do I view my Account Info?

In the "Chamber Member" right side block, click "View Account" button. To see all your inputed settings from the "Edit Member Info", "Edit Company Info" and "Edit Account Info", this is the page to see that.

How do I edit my Account Info?

In the "Chamber Member" right side block, click "Edit Account Info" button. In this page, the user has ability to add/edit/update their username, email and password. They can upload/change their avatar picture here as well. Your avatar picture must be a max of 50px in height and width. User must use the "save" button at the button of the page to update their settings.

How do I edit Company Info?

In the "Chamber Member" right side block, click "Edit Company Info" button. By filling out these required fields, you will have your company or business info listed in the business directory. Pick a business classification from the drop down menu, add/edit/update the input fields and click the "save" button at the bottom. If the users want their company or business information to be kept private and to not show in the business listing area, check the "Turn off my listing" at the bottom of the Edit Profile Company Info page.

How do I edit Member Info?

In the "Chamber Member" right side block, click "Edit Member Info" button. This is the users personal info and is only for the Chamber and the users reference. If the Featured member box is checked, you have signed up and paid for a featured listing with the Chamber, and your listing will be displayed at the top of the Business main/landing page. To disable/enable Instruction Post at the top of the Member only home page, click "Edit Member Info" button on the "Chamber Member" right side block. Scroll down to you see a checkbox, "Turn off Member Instructions". Click the "save" button at the bottom to update your settings. If checked, the instruction post will not appear. To enable instruction post, uncheck "Turn off Member Instructions".

How do I edit my profile?

In the "Chamber Member" right side block, you can "Edit Member Info", "Edit Company Info" and "Edit Account Info". By clicking one of the buttons, it will take you to the edit profile page, where you can add/edit/update your profile in the input fields provided. Fields with a * beside the title name are required fields. To update a profile, users must click the "save" button at the bottom of the page.

How do I prevent my information from being shared in the Business Listings?

If users want their company or business information to be kept private and to not show in the business listing area, check the "Turn off my listing" at the bottom of the Edit Profile Company Info page on the Member only area.

Searching.
How can I search the business directory?

On the Business main/landing page, there is a search field to search the entire business directory by keyword. Enter a search keyword in the search box and click the "search" button. The user will be redirected to the search result page, where you can click your results and navigate to the business accordingly or you can search again.

Why does my search return no results?

Your search was probably too vague and included many common terms which are not indexed by Drupal. Please be more specific.

How can I search the whole site?

Under the two polaroid images in the top header, there is a search field to search the entire site by keyword. Enter a search keyword in the search box and click the "search" button. Posting Comments.
How do I reply to comments posted by other members?

You must be a member to reply to comments posted by other members and logged in with a correct username and password. Below the full article, click the "reply" button to post a comment to another members comment.

How do I post comments on articles?

Firstly, you must be a member to post comments and logged in with a correct username and password. To post a comment, either click the "read more" button to view the full article, where the comments are at the end of the article, or click the "comments" button by the "read more" button. Click the "add new comment" and write in what you wish to say on the selected article. The Administrator will approve the comment if appropriate or delete the comment if needed.
